Moosa Abdullah Al Hussein Yusef Banajah, was born in 1973 (1393 AH) in the city of Jeddah where he grew up and completed his education. He graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah in 1997.
Engineer Moosa Banajah is currently working as a consultant certified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in business analysis and development. He is also a certified management consultant from Persona International Company (2009), specializing in the organization and development of enterprises. Additionally, he is a lecturer and trainer in management and human capabilities development. He has over 25 years of practical experience in management, information technology, marketing, training, development, advertising design, and web design.
He began his career as a research and marketing studies officer at Saudi Distribution Company in 1997, based in Jeddah. He then worked as an ERP consultant for computer applications at IFS Arabia, where he managed and implemented the human resources and production system projects for clients. Following this, he served as the head of the computer department at Al-Amal Hospital in Jeddah, where he was the first to introduce computers to the hospital in 2000. He also trained employees in computer skills and managed the implementation of the human resources, financial, and warehouse system projects.
In 2005, he was appointed as the general manager of Information Technology at Saudia Airlines Catering. His role involved restructuring the entire department and developing the infrastructure for all branches in Jeddah, Medina, Riyadh, Dammam, and Cairo. He defined job tasks, policies, goals, and job descriptions, aiming to transform the catering sector into a company. He also managed the installation of the SAP human resources and financial system. He resigned in 2009 to work as a freelancer, offering management consulting and training services from 2009 to 2016 at Gabel Office for Management Consulting, Al-Jazeera Training Institute, and several other training centers.
In 2016, he was appointed as a management consultant at Adel Bin Lazouf & Sons Co. for Trading & Contracting, with a one-year contract. His task was to study the company’s structure, define its vision and mission, prepare the budget, job descriptions, and a strategic plan. In 2017, he was appointed as the general manager of human resources at one of Abdul Latif Jameel’s companies, where he studied and analyzed the current situation and prepared the strategic plan for eight companies under his management. He then returned to freelancing in 2019, offering management consulting and training services in management and human development.
Throughout his career, he faced many challenges, malicious complaints, and opposition from those who were against his success. However, he overcame these obstacles with the help of God. He holds several training certificates in management, marketing, and consulting, and earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah in 1997.
